Success criteria
BG 78/2021, Project Information Process, written by Nick Blake and John Sands, and published by BSRIA in January 2021, suggests that: ‘Success criteria are the factors that the client would consider as indicators of success for their project. These typically are set by the client at the start of the project as initial success criteria and develop throughout the briefing stage to become the project success criteria. Success criteria can be qualitative such as creating a space to inspire more collaboration, or quantitative such as energy performance.’
